The candles are made from beeswax. The wax is harvested from the hive, filtered, washed and exposed to sunlight.\u003cbr\u003e In this way the candles get their pure white color. The motto “Deo regique laborant” means “They work for God and the King”.\u003cbr\u003e Each candle is still filled by hand in Normandy, France. The wax formula is developed over years of accumulated knowledge. No smoke leaves a Trudon candle and no wax remains on the inside of the glass.
