Magnificent Indian Jasmine
The Duke of Tuscany first brought jasmine to India in 1690, a flower originally from Arabia. Whether fresh or dried, they still play a crucial role in India's myths, legends and daily rituals. Sometimes jasmine sambac perfumes loose-leaf tea; at others it is braided into floral necklaces. The fragrant flower, revered spiritually, is transformed into an offering in Hindu temples

Claude Trudon began making his candles in 1643.
Beeswax is used to make the candles. The wax is harvested from the hive, filtered, washed and exposed to sunlight. This is how the candles get their pure white color.
The motto “Deo regique laborant” means “They work for God and the King”.
Each candle is still filled by hand in Normandy France.
The wax formula is developed over years of accumulated knowledge.
No smoke leaves a Trudon candle and no wax remains on the inside of the glass.
Each glass is unique and handmade in France and inspired by the champagne bottle.
